NOVEMBER 2012 • Allie played the lead role in the film Casting Cordelia, a psychological thriller about a manipulative young girl. • Allie played the Gypsy Girl in Monstrous Beauty by Karla Jennings at The Blank Theatre. • Goldfish Love was screened at the UK Film Festival. • Allie participated in another reading of The Drain by Collin Blair. • Allie reprised her role in another reading of the musical Limberlost. • Allie recorded tracks for the Fauntleroy musical soundtrack. • Thanks to the stunt coordinator and FX artist who kept things safe on the set of the film Suicide High. OCTOBER 2012 • Allie played Jeannine in a short film adaptation of Ordinary People. • Allie played The Singer in The 4th Graders Present an Unnamed Love-Suicide at Coeurage Theatre on October 19th. • The 4th Graders Present... was Ovation Recommended by LA Stage Alliance Ovation Award voters. • Allie played Elaine in a reading of Arsenic and Old Lace at Play Club West. • Allie survived the zombie apocalypse (again!) when she played Yvonne in a reading of Shaun of the Dead. • Scottish play alert: Allie participated in a reading of Macbeth. • Goldfish Love was screened at the Lucerne International Film Festival in Switzerland. • Allie played a young female soldier in a reading of the new Civil War play The Mystic Chords of Memory. • Allie participated in a reading of Collin Blair's new work, The Drain. • Allie's play Sunday Mail had a reading at the Whitefire Theatre. • Allie is the understudy for The Singer in The 4th Graders Present an Unnamed Love-Suicide produced by Coeurage Theatre. • An Apology was an official selection of The Atlanta Horror Film Festival. • Goldfish Love was one of seven films screened at the Open St. Petersburg Student Film Festival Beginning. • Allie played the title role in a reading of Casey. AUGUST 2012 • The Bank Shot soundtrack has arrived! Listen to Allie sing Haley's Turn. • New pictures added to the Media page. • Goldfish Love was screened in Hollywood at the HollyShorts Film Festival. • Melting was a finalist at the Hurricane Season Festival, where it won awards for Best Director, Best Playwright, and Best Production. • Allie played the scrappy stepsister in Ashleigh, a new musical adaptation of Cinderella, at the Celebration Theatre. • Allie's screenplay Sunday Mail was a quarter-finalist in the WMM Film Challenge. JULY 2012 • Allie recorded tracks for the Bank Shot musical soundtrack. • New pictures from iWish, #Brad4Laura, and Bank Shot added to the Media page. • Allie appeared in the West Coast premiere of the play Melting. • Goldfish Love was screened at NewFilmmakers New York. JUNE 2012 • Allie sang her heart out in Man vs. Machine, 5 world premiere musicals produced by ANMT. Her roles: • Allie filmed another episode of Moon Cycles. She plays Jenna on the supernatural series. MAY 2012 • Allie is currently in rehearsal for 5 brand-new musicals produced by Academy for New Musical Theatre. The shows run in June. • Allie booked a recurring role as Jenna on season 2 of Moon Cycles. She filmed her first episode in May. • Allie played Tai (Brittany Murphy's role) in a reading of Clueless. • Allie played the Raven in the staged reading of the new musical A Raven's Tale. • Allie played Cecily in a reading of The Importance of Being Earnest. • Allie played Petra in a reading of An Enemy of the People by Henrik Ibsen, as adapted by Arthur Miller. • Allie recorded tracks for the Limberlost musical soundtrack. • Goldfish Love was screened at the H2K Festival in Helsinki. APRIL 2012 • Allie played the lead role of Katie in Solace, a Lindsay Armstrong film revolving around a family tragedy. • Allie has been cast in a series of musicals being produced by Academy for New Musical Theatre. Stay tuned for details! • Allie played Alice in Mia's Candy, a film adaptation of Polly Stenham's acclaimed play That Face. • Allie played Kelly Kapowski in a reading of Saved by the Bell. • Allie played Eunice in a reading of A Streetcar Named Desire. • At Play Club West's first-ever TV night, Allie played Arya Stark in Game of Thrones and Boomer in Battlestar Galactica. • Allie participated in a reading of the new play Adam & Yoshi. • An Apology was screened at the Motor City Nightmares Detroit Horror Convention. • Nerd Wars was screened at the North Hollywood Independent Films Movie Theater. • Goldfish Love was screened at Short & Sweet Toronto and the North Hollywood Independent Films Movie Theater. MARCH 2012 • Allie played the title character in the staged reading of the new musical Fauntleroy. • Allie participated in a reading of the new play Pushing Daisy. • Allie participated in a reading of the new work Animated. • Unintentionally Awesome was an official selection of the HollyWeb Festival in Hollywood. • Goldfish Love was an official selection of ÉCU, The European Independent Film Festival, held in Paris. • Goldfish Love screened at the Finnish Tampere Film Festival in Finland. • Bookstore screened at HWFF, National Film Festival for Talented Youth (NFFTY), and the Sacramento International Film Festival. FEBRUARY 2012 • Allie played Dinah Lord in a reading of The Philadelphia Story. • Allie played Jenny in a reading of Death of a Salesman. • Rehearsals are underway for the musical Fauntleroy. JANUARY 2012 • Allie played Lyn in the dark coming-of-age story The Boy Who Lived Forever at The Blank Theatre. • Allie was a finalist in a monologue competition. She performed her original piece Promologue in a formal dress and sneakers. • Allie has been offered the lead in a new musical, with a staged reading in March.
